Join us August 6 to watch the CrossFit Games

Come and watch the Crossfit Games with Crossfit Hannam and Fight Tonight CrossFit at the Wolfhound Irish Pub in Itaewon!

There will be a workout (WOD) at CrossFit Hannam at 11:00am. All are welcome to join. Then we will all make our way down to Wolfhound Irish Pub to watch the 2017 CrossFit Games on the big screen.

11:00am: 크로스핏 한남에서 운동 설명

11:30am~12:30pm: WOD (운동하기)

2:00pm: 이태원 Wolfhound 펍에서 크로스핏 게임즈 시청
