We provide a complete fitness package for all ages and all levels of fitness. Our certified trainers will provide detailed lessons and feedback to you in small group classes. Each day is a new and different workout that will challenge you and keep you interested. No more boring running machines or lonely workouts. 

55 minutes classes include:  warm-up exercises, stretching, skill/strength lessons, demos, workouts and cool downs. Start with as little as 2 days a week and slowly increase to 3 or 4 days a week to see significant improvement in your overall fitness and body shape. Anyone can do it! You can do it!

우리는 모든 연령대와 운동 능력에 부합하는 피트니스 프로그램을 제공합니다. 그룹 수업을 통해서 우리의 검증된 트레이너들이 여러분에게 운동 방법을 자세하게 지도할 것이며 동시에 여러분의 움직임에 대한 피드백을 제공할 것입니다.매일매일 다른 새롭고 다양한 운동들이 여러분의 흥미를 유발할 것이며 그 운동들은 여러분에게 도전하고 극복하는 성취감을 맞보게 할 것입니다. 지루한 러닝머신과 외롭게 혼자 하는 운동은 이제 그만하세요.

55분 수업은: 준비 운동, 스트레칭, 기술/근력 운동, 동작 연습, 본 운동, 정리 운동으로 구성됩니다. 일주일에 2일 정도 가볍게 시작해서 주 3/4 회 이상 운동량을 늘려간다며 여러분의 전체적인 피트니스 향상과 체형 변화에 큰 변화가 오는 것을볼 수 있을 것입니다. 누구든지 할 수 있습니다! 여러분도 할 수 있어요!

Programs

BootCamp

Get a high intensity strength and cardio workout in 10 to 35 minutes. You will use a mix of your own body weight and some light dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls. Jump, run, and lift your way to more energy and fat loss. 

부트캠프

10분에서 35분 사이에 진행되는 고강도의 근력/ 심폐지구력 운동입니다. 다양한 맨몸 운동과 덤벨, 케틀벨, 메디신볼과 같은 가벼운 기구들을 조합해서 운동하게 됩니다. 뛰고 달리면서 신체 에너지를 끌어올리고 체지방도 태워 보세요.

METCON

Test your mental and physical limits with these high intensity metabolic conditioning workouts that will keep you moving for more than 20 minutes. You will move through many different cardio and weighted movements that will get your muscles to burn the fat from your body.

20분 이상 길게 진행되는 고강도의 컨디셔닝 운동을 통해서 여러분의 정신적 신체적 한계를 시험해 보세요. 적절한 중량을 사용해서 빠르게 진행되는 메트콘 운동을 통해서 심폐지구력 향상과 동시에 근력 강화, 체지방 감소 효과를 느껴보세요.

CrossFit

Learn advanced functional movements in this strength and conditioning program. All workouts are varied and performed at high intensity. Here you will use a heavy barbell for weightlifting and power lifting movements. The focus is equally balanced on increasing muscle and reducing fat. An extra educational On-Ramp (basic skills) course is necessary prior to taking CrossFit classes.

 

크로스핏

크로스핏은 상대적으로 난이도가 높은 기능적 움직임을 통해서 근력 증가와 컨디셔닝 향상을 목적으로 하는 프로그램입니다. 다양성을 추구하는 이 운동들은 고강도로 수행하게 됩니다. 이 프로그램에서는 바벨을 사용해서 역도와 파워리프팅 동작들을 배우고 수행하게 됩니다. 이 프로그램 역시 근력 향상과 체지방 감소에 집중합니다. 크로스핏을 수강하기 위해서는 추가적인 온램프(사전교육) 코스를 이수하셔야 합니다.
